At Aromatan UK Ltd., all wholesale purchases are considered final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on products purchased at wholesale pricing.
However, in the rare event that you receive damaged, broken, or missing items, we will review the issue and offer a replacement or credit where applicable. All such cases are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Reporting Damaged or Missing Items:
If your order arrives with damaged, broken, or missing products, please notify us by email at wholesale.uk@aromafume.com and include the following information:

Photographs or a video clearly showing the damaged product and packaging
To be eligible for review, all damage claims must be reported within 2 business days of receiving the shipment. Once we have reviewed the claim, our team will determine the appropriate resolution.
