WHOLESALE POLICIES

WHOLESALE ACCOUNT ELIGIBILITY:

Wholesale accounts with Aromatan UK Ltd (DBA Aromafume) are available to verified businesses and retailers who intend to resell Aromafume products through their physical retail stores or authorized online websites.

To qualify for a wholesale account, applicants must:

  • Operate a registered retail business
  • Provide valid business details during the account application process
  • Intend to sell Aromafume products through approved sales channels only

Wholesale accounts are not available to individuals purchasing for personal use.

Please note that reselling Aromafume products on third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, Etsy, eBay, or similar platforms is not permitted without prior written authorization from Aromatan UK Ltd.

Aromatan UK Ltd. reserves the right to approve, decline, or revoke wholesale access at its discretion if the account does not meet our wholesale policies or brand guidelines. The brand is well within its rights to supply, not supply or curtail supply of Aromafume products as per the business strategy of the brand.

MINIMUM ORDER VALUE (MOV):

To maintain efficient order processing and shipping, all wholesale orders placed through the Aromafume UK Wholesale website are subject to a minimum order value of £150 per order.

Orders that do not meet the minimum order value requirement will not be eligible for checkout. We encourage retailers to explore our collections and bundles to meet the minimum order threshold and create a well-rounded product selection for their store.

MINIMUM ADVERTISED PRICE (MAP):

Aromafume products must be sold at retail pricing in accordance with the Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) established by the brand. To maintain brand integrity and ensure fair competition among retailers, we request that all partners adhere to our Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) guidelines. Our MAP is more of a guideline for retailers than an enforcement, however if advertised prices are aligned it is best for the business.

We do not permit the resale of Aromafume products on third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, Etsy, eBay, or similar platforms without prior written authorization from Aromatan UK Ltd - no online sales of Aromafume products can be with an advertised lower than the minimum advertised price. 


PAYMENT TERMS:

All wholesale orders placed through the Aromafume UK Wholesale website must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We accept secure online payments through the payment methods available at checkout.

Orders will be processed only after payment has been successfully received and confirmed.

Aromatan UK Ltd. reserves the right to cancel or hold any order in the event of payment authorization issues or suspected fraudulent activity.

As we continue to grow our wholesale operations, we plan to introduce credit account facilities for approved retailers. Once this option becomes available, our team will reach out with further details.

PRICING POLICY:

Wholesale pricing for Aromafume products is available exclusively to approved retailers. Once your wholesale account is approved and you are logged into the Aromafume UK Wholesale website, you will be able to view wholesale pricing for all products and collections.

Each product listing also includes a Recommended Retail Price (RRP) to guide retailers in maintaining consistent pricing and positioning across different markets.

Please note that all wholesale prices listed on the website are exclusive of VAT, while the Recommended Retail Price (RRP/MSRP) shown is inclusive of VAT. 

We encourage all retail partners to follow the suggested retail pricing to ensure healthy margins, fair competition, and consistent brand value for Aromafume products across stores.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY:

Domestic Shipping (United Kingdom):

  • Order Processing Time
    All wholesale orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with shipment details.


  • Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates


Shipping charges are calculated based on the total order value:

  • Orders between £150 – £200: £26
  • Orders between £200 – £250: £32
  • Orders between £250 – £300: £35 
  • £300 & above: Free Shipping

Please Note: Delivery timelines provided by the courier company are estimates only. While we strive to dispatch orders promptly, Aromatan UK Ltd reserves the right to delay shipment or delivery when necessary and cannot be held liable for delays beyond the estimated delivery timeframe.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking details will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.


International Shipping:

Aromatan UK Ltd ships within the United Kingdom only.

ORDER PROCESSING:

All wholesale orders placed on the Aromafume UK Wholesale website are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment has been successfully received.

Once your order has been processed and prepared for shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with shipment and tracking details. Orders are processed in the order they are received.

Please note that order processing times are separate from shipping and delivery times. During busy periods, product launches, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.

If you need to make any changes to your order after placing it, please contact us as soon as possible at wholesale.uk@aromafume.com. While we will do our best to accommodate requests, changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered the processing stage.



RETURNS & DAMAGES:

Due to the nature of wholesale orders, Aromatan UK Ltd. does not accept returns or exchanges on products purchased at wholesale pricing.

Returns or replacements are only considered in cases where products arrive damaged, broken, or missing, and are handled on a case-by-case basis.

If you receive damaged, missing or incorrect items, please notify us within 5 business days of receiving your order by emailing wholesale.uk@aromafume.com with the following information:

  1. Your order number
  2. The product(s) that were damaged or missing
  3. Clear photo(s) or a short video showing the damaged product(s)

Once the issue has been reviewed, our team will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.

Requests submitted after the 5 business-day reporting window may not be eligible for replacement or credit.

 

TESTERS & SAMPLES:

To support our retail partners in introducing Aromafume products to their customers, we may provide complimentary samples or testers with select wholesale orders. These are intended to help retailers experience the product and effectively present it in-store.

Testers and samples are offered at the discretion of Aromatan UK Ltd. and may vary depending on product availability, order value, or ongoing promotional programs.

Complimentary testers and samples are not guaranteed with every order and may change periodically as new products and collections are introduced.

Retailers are encouraged to use testers for in-store display and customer experience purposes only and not for resale.

If you are interested in receiving specific testers or samples, please feel free to reach out to our team at wholesale.uk@aromafume.com, or mention in the notes section while checking out, and we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Wholesale orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed, as orders are processed and prepared for shipment shortly after confirmation.

We kindly request retailers to review their order carefully before completing checkout, including product quantities, selections, and shipping details.

In extremely rare circumstances, cancellation requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis, provided the order has not yet entered the processing or dispatch stage. Approval of such requests is solely at the discretion of Aromatan UK Ltd.

Aromatan UK Ltd. also reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion, including situations involving product unavailability, payment authorization issues, or suspected fraudulent activity. If an order is cancelled by our team, the customer will be notified and a full refund will be issued.
